It requires a little cooking, a little science, and a lot of fun. This is a great project to do with your kids. You can make it into a mini science project that you can also eat!
All you’ll need for this are the following:
- Melted Ice Cream (plain flavors work best i.e. vanilla, chocolate, etc.)
- Liquid Nitrogen
- Ziplock Bag
- Clean, freezer-proof bowl
- Safety Goggles
