This smoothie is full of beta-carotene, which your body converts to vitamin A and also provides good source of vitamin C.
Enhance the tropical flavor blend by using pineapple juice instead of plain water.
Looking for more veggies?! No problem add one cup greens to this smoothie, and for the most part the taste will be masked by the sweet mango and pineapple flavors.
- 1 large mango, peeled and pitted
- 2 medium carrot
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- 8 ounces of filtered water
Start by adding the liquid to your blender and then add the carrots (and greens if you choose to add them) and blend on high for 20-30 seconds and add the soft fruit and blend on high for an additional 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
